Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping rates + delivery estimates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination and shipping method selected.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email hello@wildasawallflower.com as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.
Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods. If your package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier first. If you still need help, email us at hello@wildasawallflower.com and we’ll assist.
International shipping
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in shipping costs unless stated at checkout.
