Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your Wild as a Wallflower piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned in original condition and packaging. Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@wildasawallflower.com with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you’d like to return
We’ll reply with next steps and a prepaid return label.
Return Label + Handling Fee
A $9 return label + handling fee will be deducted from your refund. This helps cover return shipping and processing as a small brand.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Processing
Once your return reaches our facility, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
For exchanges, email hello@wildasawallflower.com with your order number, item, and the size you’d like. We’ll confirm availability and reserve your size when possible, then guide you through the exchange steps.
